Pair of Wood Ducks by Frederick “Rick” Brown, New Jersey. Very nice example of this carver’s work with drake in the swimming position. Both decoys have slightly turned heads, raised carved wings, glass eyes, and on bottom have leather rigging strap, flat lead weight, brass tag with carver’s information, and signed and dated 2019. Drake is 17″ long and 4-1/2″ tall. Hen is 14 long and 5-1/2″ tall. Both decoys are 5″ wide.
