Mallard drake by John Olson, Elgin Illinois. Circa 1940’s, body is original paint, head is mostly original with some repaint. Bill has been repainted with some wood missing on underside. Solid balsa body, metal curly queue, nicely done with carvers information on bottom, as well as “JEO” brand. Measures 16″ long, 5-1/2″ wide, and 6″ tall.
